These Terms of Use explain how MINEUSDT works, what you may expect from the service, and what we expect from every account holder. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

MINEUSDT is an online game and account service. It lets eligible users interact with a virtual mining station, complete activities, collect in-game MINE, review optional packages and equipment, and request actions that may be available under the current rules. MINEUSDT does not perform blockchain mining and does not promise a financial return, a profit, or a particular balance.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use this service in your country. You are responsible for checking local rules before registering. We may restrict access where the service is not suitable, lawful, supported, or operationally available. We may ask for additional information when required for security, fraud prevention, payment review, tax, or compliance purposes.

Only one personal account is allowed unless we have expressly approved another arrangement in writing. You must provide accurate information, keep your email address current, and protect your password. Do not share your password, session, referral link, wallet address, or authentication codes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account until you report unauthorized access.

The free station, MINE balance, daily energy, tasks, offline production, packages, equipment, levels, referrals, and other game features are governed by the rules displayed in the service at the time of use. These features can have limits, cooldowns, daily targets, eligibility requirements, expiry dates, and account or campaign limits. A displayed balance records the current state of the account; it is not a promise that the same feature or amount will remain available in the future.

MINE is an in-game unit. It is separate from deposited USDT and from earned USDT. MINE has no independent cash value outside the conversion process expressly shown in the service. A conversion, withdrawal, or other payment action is available only when the relevant conditions, account status, operational checks, and published limits are satisfied.

Packages and equipment are optional digital game products. A package may change an in-game capacity, activity target, duration, or other feature described on its purchase screen. Equipment may change energy, tap capacity, automation, or another stated game effect. Buying a product does not guarantee a financial outcome, a recovery of the purchase price, or a specific amount of USDT.

Before an order is submitted, the service will show the product, price, payment source, relevant duration, expected in-game effect, and key conditions available to that account. You are responsible for checking the network, amount, destination, and product details before confirming. A submitted order may be recorded immediately and may not be reversible once the product has started or the digital benefit has been used.

Deposits and withdrawals, when enabled, are processed according to the payment provider, supported network, account status, and operational controls shown in the wallet. A provider status may remain pending while confirmations or a manual review are completed. Do not send funds to an expired address or to a different network. The service is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, or third-party destination.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed under the rules shown in the wallet. A request can be held, declined, returned, or delayed when information is missing, a security check is required, the account is restricted, the provider is unavailable, or the request does not satisfy the published conditions. A pending status means that the request has not yet completed; it is not a confirmation of a completed transfer.

We may suspend or close an account when we reasonably believe that the account is unsafe, duplicated, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, manipulated, or in breach of these terms. We may also pause a feature to protect users, correct an error, investigate a transaction, or complete maintenance. Where possible, we will explain the next step through the account or support channel.

You must not automate requests outside the controls provided by the service, manipulate client-side values, submit repeated or conflicting operations, probe private endpoints, interfere with another account, or use the service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or conduct unlawful activity. We may record technical and transaction evidence needed to investigate suspected abuse.

The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted by maintenance, network failure, provider downtime, browser limitations, inaccurate information, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, uninterrupted production, or that every feature will be available in every country or on every device.

If you believe an account, payment, package, equipment purchase, or balance is incorrect, contact support promptly with the relevant reference. Do not send a password, recovery code, or full private key. Support may request a masked address, transaction reference, screenshots, or other evidence needed to investigate.

Any mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms by publishing a new version and showing the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated terms, unless the law requires a different process.
