This Refund Policy explains how MINEUSDT reviews payments, packages, equipment, digital game benefits, and duplicate or failed charges. It does not remove any mandatory consumer right that applies to you under the law.
Before confirming a purchase, review the product name, price, payment source, duration, game effect, installation state, and the conditions shown in the confirmation screen. A purchase is a request to receive a digital game benefit. It is not a deposit, investment, loan, guaranteed return, or promise of a particular USDT balance.
A queued package that has not started may be eligible for a refund request within 48 hours of the recorded purchase, subject to the product terms and applicable law. An equipment purchase that has not been installed or used may be reviewed under the same principle. Eligibility is assessed from the server record, not from a browser screenshot.
Once a package has started, a daily allocation has been used, equipment has been installed, an automation has run, or a digital benefit has been consumed, the purchase may no longer be reversible. We will still review a request when a mandatory legal right, a duplicate charge, an incorrect price, a failed delivery, or a material service error may apply.
A duplicate charge, provider-confirmed payment without a corresponding product, wrong amount, wrong network, or payment credited to the wrong account should be reported as soon as possible. Include the provider reference, network, amount, date, and the account email. Never include a password, recovery code, or private key.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment route when that route can safely receive the funds. We may need to wait for provider confirmation, reverse a pending entitlement, or complete a fraud and compliance review before releasing a refund. A refund may be delayed when the provider status is unknown or the payment cannot be safely matched.
The review outcome can be approved, partially approved, declined, or held for more information. A support agent will explain the decision and the next step. A pending review is not a rejection and an approved review is not complete until the history shows the final transfer or balance update.
The service does not refund losses caused by an incorrect network, an address entered incorrectly, a transfer sent from an unrelated wallet, a shared account, a compromised account, or a failure to follow the payment screen. We will investigate evidence of a platform error and will apply mandatory rights where they cannot be excluded.
If your account is closed while a refund, deposit, withdrawal, or chargeback is open, the request may remain under review until the relevant financial record is resolved. Closing an account does not cancel a payment obligation or create an automatic refund.
To request a review, open Support, choose the financial category, select the related transaction, and describe what happened. The ticket should contain one issue per request. We may ask for a masked payment reference or other evidence, and we will separate internal review notes from messages visible to you.
We may update these rules when products, providers, or consumer requirements change. The version and date shown on this page apply to new requests. The English text is the controlling product copy for this release; any translation is provided for convenience.
